How do I care for the leather?

Our leather tags are laser-engraved and are safe to be washed. We do not recommend drying them in a machine. They may be stiff, or flexible, depending on the leather. You may want to condition them after you wash them. If they are too stiff, you can bend them without harming them to get them flexible again. They can be cleaned with any household cleaner. Our tags are engraved, not printed. Sometimes in transit they smudge against each other. If that is the case they can be wiped off when they arrive with either a dry cloth or a damp cloth using any household cleaner.

If you are looking for tags that are super sturdy in a washer & dryer, we suggest the faux leather! All faux leather is the same price as the real leather.

Ordering and delivery

Can I place an order without creating an account?

Yes. You can place an order as a guest with no obligation to create an account. We do recommend that you create an account, however, if you’d like to check your order history and have your shopping basket items and payment details saved for next time. It’s quick and easy to create an account. Just visit https://www.yourstorename.com/register and follow the instructions on-screen.

How do you ship things?

We believe strongly in reusing, reducing, and recycling so we will ship larger items in boxes we have received. We think it is silly to pay for boxes! Railroad bookends are usually shipped flat rate and we usually stuff the boxes with recycled packaging materials. For small items such as knitting tags and baby clothes we usually use poly mailers.

How long does it take to ship?

We include an estimated shipping time in your order. We do notice that sometimes it can take 2-3 days for USPS to update tracking or include it in the system. If you do not receive your item within 7 business days of shipping in the US please contact us!

What happens if my item is undeliverable?

If your order cannot be delivered, please contact us so that we can make you a new listing for shipment to a different location. If you believe the original address was correct, we can also attempt to re-ship it for free if it was sent via USPS.


Do you sell gift cards?

Yes, we do. These are issued electronically by email and each contains a unique reference number. Our gift cards are ideal if you’re not sure what to get that special person in your life. 


Can I get a mockup?

Most of our products can be customized, or are only available custom. We're happy to answer questions before you order, however we can only provide you preview pictures (mockup) after an order is placed.

Can you engrave my logo?

Probably! We do a lot of logos. Message us your logo and we are happy to let you know.
